Onsight - Remote Assistance - is a product born out of the need for remote support. It enables the sending of visual instructions, capturing and re-sending instructions by video call with image markers in real-time. We believe that this solution adds value to the day-to-day and service delivery to customers or remote technicians (B2C or B2B).
